Cleaning Your Griddle/Grill is Easy:
Cooking is lots of fun on this mobile outdoor kitchen. However, quick and easy clean-up makes it even better. (The assembly process is easy as well, fyi.)
1. First of all, the tough stainless steel surface resists acidic and alkaline chemicals. Simply wipe it clean. when you’re finished cooking.
That said, stainless steel is known for showing streaks and fingerprints. So, some people recommend using a stainless steel cleaner to keep the exterior surface looking nice.
2. Second, the porcelain-coated grates prevent rust and help make clean-up easier. Don’t use a wire brush on the porcelain (I learned this the hard way), instead use a $10 nylon-bristled brush.
3. Third, outdoor griddles make great non-stick cooking surfaces that clean up in a snap. That said, you want to make sure to season yours before use. You can do this with cooking oil that you already have, and you can see how to do it here. Then, just use a scraper after you cook and wipe it down with cooking oil.
