This backyard griddle has a big advantage over other griddle in that it’s portable. Therefore, you can easily take it to tailgaters, sports events, camping, etc..
1. First, the legs collapse, which makes the unit much more compact and easier to transport. You benefit from the smaller size of a tabletop griddle – yet this griddle can stand on its own.
2. Second, the frame has 2 foam-covered side handles, so you can easily lift and move your griddle. These handles can serve a dual purpose too. Use them to hang towels or cooking utensils while you grill.
3. Third, the entire device only weighs 32 lbs, so one person can carry it without a problem. (Compare this to other cook stations, like the popular Blackstone Griddle, which weighs 120 lbs.)
Griddles Offer More Cooking Options & Easier Clean-Up:
I think griddles make a great option when it comes to portable cooking appliances because they give you a lot more versatility. For example, you can still cook burgers, sausages and kabobs like you would on a barbecue.
